Eng. versions generally render אַשְׁרֵי with either happy or blessed, the former sometimes limited to “secular” contexts while the latter functions more as a “spiritual” or “religious” term (for the differences between אַשְׁרֵי and בָּרוּךְ, #1385, section 7).
